I’m really competitive and since I was a little girl I always wanted to be better than my Dad. It’s more of a motivation than inspiration but it keeps me focused on my goals.

I don’t have any one single inspiration, but many people inspire me in different ways. In engineering, James Dyson and Isembard Kingdom Brunel, for their innovation and foresight. In management, Sir John Harvey-Jones for his honesty and clarity. In dealing with people, Nelson Mandela for his forgiveness and humility. It really depends on what you are looking for, there are lots of inspiring people, even in daily life.

I would say my family they have all inspired me to live the way I do and have guided me down what I think is a great direction in life.
