Depends what you count as becoming an engineer. I first tried to take my mum’s washing machine apart with a spoon when I was two, and was taking engines apart and rebuilding them with my dad before I went to school aged 5. I completed an apprenticeship at 19, so I suppose that counts, then graduated with an engineering degree at 22, finally becoming a Chartered Engineer at 32.
