      It’s easy enough to speed up air travel, just not efficient. Concorde flew much faster than current planes in the 1980s, but used about 10 times as much fuel per passenger mile as the new Airbus 380 or Boeing 787. We had to compromise, so balanced out speed of travel vs greenhouse gas emissions.

      yea if we want to be more efficient and quicker we need new fresh ideas, like the hyperloop idea which hopefully one day will be made into a reality.
